ACI Leadership Excellence Program: Leadership in the Construction Industry

ACI is excited to expand on the ACI Leadership Excellence Program introduced last year. This year, as we continue to partner with Xavier University's Leadership Center, we look forward to the addition of the DiSC 363 assessment, which takes a deeper dive into leadership than the traditional 360 assessment. A group feedback session based on the assessment will take place September 30, and will add great value to the program by increasing participants' awareness of leadership tendencies, strategies for improvement, and how others view participants.
